![]() Thank you tom and thank you everyone at thyme. We will now be coming here regularly from now on and look forward to our next visit. So it was such a pleasant surprise that we entered somewhere so different. We went into wetherspoons across the road before we came in here for breakfast but refused to eat in there due to awful customer service. The food was delicious as well bacon was cooked perfectly. Not only did u get a cup but they made me a fresh coffee to take away in it. I asked if they had a takeaway cup so I could take the rest of my coffee with me. As we left we were handed some pastries for our kids to take away for later again a very thoughtful gesture. All the staff in there were very friendly and helpful. We were served by Tom who was so attentive and om offering to help set up the highchair which they cleaned and sanitised in front of us to offering to get our baby anything Nothing was too much trouble and when I asked if they could make scrambled egg without milk on my plate so I could give my baby some not only did they oblige but put it in a separate bowl so it wouldn't touch any of the other food which was a very thoughtful touch. We visited the thyme restaurant for breakfast and was blown away by the customer service. Sponge thoroughly to remove all traces of the cleaner, so that the fibres can regain their natural properties. On greasy and other difficult stains, you can use a ph-neutral, bleach-free cleaner. Do not rub the stain, as that makes it more difficult to remove, and can also damage the fibres. Remember that hand tufted rugs in linen are sensitive to water, so take particular care with the amount of water you use. Be careful not to wet the rug too much, as this can affect the glue which holds the yarns in place. Dampen the stain, soak up the water, then repeat the process until the stain is gone. ![]() Then use warm water and a cloth or sponge. Remove wet stains by laying kitchen roll on the stain. Begin from the edge of the stain and scrape towards the centre. To remove dry stains, we recommend scraping. To get a more even exposure to sunlight and wear, we recommend that you rotate the rug regularly. If you want to get rid of excess fibres faster, you can vacuum the rug daily for an initial period. Note that it is quite normal for the rug to loose individual fibres when used, these are excess fibres and does not affect the general quality of the rug. Do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotary brush nozzle on long pile rugs where there is a risk of damaging the yarn and the twisted thread pairs. Effective vacuuming is the easiest and most environmentally friendly cleaning method.
